Glen P. Christofferson
As Co-Founder of Global Investing Group (GIG), Glen Christofferson brings over 30 years of broad based real estate, financial and executive leadership to the organization.
A Pacific Northwest native, Christofferson has held executive leadership positions with many notable Seattle entities, most recently as a founding partner of Urban Renaissance Group.  Urban Renaissance was formed immediately prior to the sales transition of Equity Office Properties Trust (EOP) where he served as Regional Finance Director for their Northwest Region which included Seattle, Bellevue, Portland and Denver.   The Equity Office Northwest Region included 120+ buildings encompassing over 18 million square feet of commercial office space.
Prior to Equity Office, Christofferson was the CFO of the real estate brokerage firm Kidder Mathews and Vice President of Fisher Companies.  While at Fisher, he was directly involved in corporate governance, acquisitions & debt financing, corporate consolidations, risk management and employee benefits for multiple subsidiaries including Television & Radio Broadcasting, Real Estate Management & Development, and Flour Milling & Food Distribution.  His 10 year tenure was marked with unprecedented growth and profitability.
His tenure as VP Finance for the Seattle Supersonics was highlighted by success on the basketball court and a return to profitability and positive cash flow for the organization.  Glen was responsible for Finance, Ticketing and Administration in addition to his involvement with player and other contract negotiations including the pre-development process of a new basketball arena.
Glen’s career began as an intern at Weyerhaeuser while earning his degrees in Finance & economics from Pacific Lutheran University (PLU) in Tacoma, Washington.  After graduation, he held various positions within Weyerhaeuser including Tax Accountant and Accounting Manager for Cornerstone Development, a subsidiary of Weyerhaeuser Real Estate Company (WRECO).
He resides on Mercer Island with his wife Susan and near his four children and two grandchildren. 
 
Ray Stone
Based in the United Kingdom Ray Stone (Co-Founder of Get It Group, Midlands, Ltd) has been providing the political and business leadership to drive successful business operations throughout the United Kingdom for over four decades.  Mr. Stone’s leadership and business operations expertise are an integral part of our organization and real estate investment projects, which includes his role as Managing Director of Get It Group, Midlands Ltd a subsidiary of our company.
As a native of United Kingdom, Mr. Stone developed a highly skilled expertise in manufacturing, engineering, business and operations related to the steel industry.  Mr. Stone through his leadership and exceptional expertise has a track record of business improvement and turn round in the metals industry in the United Kingdom.  Mr. Stone has held senior management positions in internationally known companies of:  Special Metals Corporation, Special Metals Wiggin Ltd, Doncasters Petrochemical Group, Vallourec and Mannesmann Tubes in Düsseldorf, British Steel Tubes Birmingham.  He has been a keen proponent of LEAN Manufacturing and has presented papers to many national conferences based on his hands on experiences. 
Additionally Mr. Stone’s career has focused on helping the communities around him succeed.  Mr. Stone formed and led an executive business board that worked directly with the Central Government of the UK to successfully create a new enterprise zone from what was originally an unusable 180-acre brown field site in Hereford, United Kingdom.  This development has the potential to create over 6,500 jobs by 2025 for the Herefordshire community.
Mr. Stone’s background in business, leadership, engineering and operations are integral to our real estate investments and operations.  Mr. Stone’s business and political relationship networks are immense which provide key political alliances and support at both national and local government levels throughout the United Kingdom and Europe.   Mr. Stone also enjoys giving back to his profession and currently provides consulting and lecturing services to the Advanced Manufacturing Research Council – part of Sheffield University. He is a great advocate of careers in manufacturing. 
   
          Gregory J. Krape
For over 35 years Greg Krape (Co-Founder of Global Investing Group) has enjoyed working in the design and building development industry as a licensed architect, building developer and multi-business owner.   Through focus and hard work Mr. Krape was able to build a professional career dedicated to the development, design and construction industries. 
During the last three decades Mr. Krape honed his professional career through world-wide business travel that included working on projects in the advanced manufacturing, research, medical, industrial, commercial, hospitality, residential and mixed-use markets. 
Mr. Krape is a Pacific Northwest native who started his practice of architecture in Seattle, Washington after graduating from Washington State University.  As a partner, co-founder and vice president of several architectural businesses it became quite apparent that the implementation of great design requires an outstanding development and construction team.  Inspired to drive high-quality results lead to the founding of the Global Investing Group and the formation of key alliance partner’s worldwide. 
During his professional career Mr. Krape has built an extensive Rolodex of business connections worldwide.  As a partner of the Global Investing Group Mr. Krape provides the necessary leadership and experience to bring together the teams and resources necessary to deliver fiscally successful developments through quality teamwork, planning, design, documentation, jurisdictional approvals, budgeting, scheduling and overall project and construction oversight.
